To help us help you faster, include:

• The device you're using (e.g. iPhone 15, Pixel 8)
• The app version (shown at the bottom of the Profile tab)
• What you were doing when the problem happened

Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time from your device:

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
• Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions

If something looks wrong with a charge, email us and we'll sort it out.
